At Sky Health Group, we understand that health concerns don't always arise at a convenient time. We offer same-day appointments when available for certain acute, non-emergency illnesses and medical concerns, in addition to your ongoing primary care needs.
While we are not an urgent care center, our doctors and clinicians have experience managing a wide range of acute medical concerns and will do their best to accommodate patients who need timely attention, depending on appointment availability and the nature of the medical concern. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed, and some conditions may require evaluation at an urgent care center or emergency department.

Colds, sore throats, coughs and other respiratory illnesses.
Pneumonia
Evaluation of cough, fever and chest symptoms that may point to pneumonia.
Urinary tract infections
Evaluation and treatment for painful or frequent urination.
Shingles
Evaluation of a painful, blistering rash, ideally as early as possible.
Simple laceration repair
Repair of simple cuts. Deep wounds or heavy bleeding need emergency care.
Abscess incision and drainage
Drainage of a skin abscess in the office.
Ear irrigation
Removal of earwax that is blocking the ear.
Back pain
Evaluation and treatment of new or worsening back pain.
Gout flare
Treatment for a sudden, painful joint flare.
Skin rashes
Evaluation of new or unexplained rashes.

Yes, when availability allows. We see both new and existing patients age 18 and older. We are not able to see patients under 18.
Same-day visits can include COVID and flu testing, urinalysis, ear irrigation, simple laceration repair, abscess incision and drainage, sinus infections, pneumonia, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, shingles, skin rashes, back pain and gout flares.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you have chest pain, severe trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, a deep or serious wound, or any other medical emergency. We only repair simple lacerations.
